Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was convenient, but the room safety and condition left much to be desired. The service was decent, and the dining options were inconsistent. However, the hotel's central location was a plus.
For a one-night stay at a low cost, this hotel is practical if you don't mind the room being hot without a fan or air conditioning. However, security is a concern due to windows facing the road with no gate security.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was convenient, close to the bus station and Notre-Dame de la Garde, but the lack of sunlight in the room and restricted access after breakfast were drawbacks. The dining options were limited to breakfast only, ordered in advance, and the service was not as friendly or helpful as expected. Despite these issues, the facilities were satisfactory, providing some comfort during my stay.
The hotel was not ideal for refugees as the rooms were in a basement with no doors between them, which made it uncomfortable. However, the space was quiet spacious. We faced noise issues from receptionists right behind our room until late at night, despite multiple requests to keep it down.
My stay at the hostel was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the location was nice, just a walking distance from the old port of Marseille, but on the other hand, the rooms were a bit crowded and not as clean as I would have liked. The service was helpful, albeit with a language barrier, and the dining experience was poor value for money. The facilities were lacking, with the dormitory rooms facing the street making security a concern.
It was a bit disappointing to find that the cost was not ideal for a short stay if you want to keep your luggage due to the room conditions. On the bright side, the location was perfect, being central and within walking distance to many attractions.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was nice, being very close to the old port in Marseille, but there were some clear issues with the rooms and dining options. The service was friendly despite being a bit all over the place, and the facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the location was excellent, right in the city center and easy to reach from the airport. The service from the staff was friendly, making it a decent enough hostel stay. However, the room I stayed in was incredibly noisy being on the floor next to the road, and the absence of a toilet was a major inconvenience. The dining options were very poor, but at least the breakfast was good if ordered in advance.
The hotel had both positive and negative aspects. The rooms, though advertised as a 6-person dorm, turned out to be a bit cramped for 12 people; however, they were still quite spacious and acceptable. The view facing a windowless back yard was a downside. The service was lacking in professionalism and courtesy, with incidents of staff entering the room without informing the guest and being rude. On the bright side, the location was excellent, being close to popular attractions, transportation hubs, and open late into the evening. The dining experience fell short of expectations, with a limited French breakfast that needed to be pre-ordered, although it was tasty. The facilities were average for the price paid.
The hotel's location was perfect, very close to the metro station and convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were basic but reflected the affordable price. The staff were accommodating, although not overly welcoming. The dining options were disappointing considering the price paid. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
